Le Club invite ses membres et leurs familles et amis à venir voir la course Formule E cet été à Montréal. Il y a deux courses (une le 29 et une le 30 juillet) et nous avons négocié des prix de groupe et seront tous dans le même gradin. Si vous êtes intéressés à venir soit le 29 juillet, soit le 30 juillet, soit les deux jours, il faut rapidement indiquer vos intentions en faisant une réservation en suivant le lien qui vous à été envoyé par courriel direct.

Une fois la date limite passée, tous ceux qui ont réservé des places seront contactés directement par la billetterie EVENKO soit par courriel, soit par téléphone pour faire leur paiement.

À noter que le club compte organiser une soirée cocktail 17h-20h le samedi 29 juillet, après la course, dans les environs alors si vous voulez en faire partie, prenez des billets pour la course du Samedi au minimum! Il y a deux gradins qui nous sont alloués pour les deux jours, cependant, nous nous attendons à ce que la majorité des participants prennent des billets pour les gradins #5, le Samedi 29 juillet. Les membres ne seront pas regroupés s'ils choisissent l'option gradins premium.

Si vous avez déjà acheté vos propres billets et que vous voulez les faire rembourser pour acheter de nouveaux billets avec le groupe, SVP réservez vos nouvelles places et quand vous serez contacté par Evenko pour les payer, ils pourront vous rembourser vos anciens billets.

The club is inviting its members and their family and friends to come watch the Montreal Formula E race in Montreal this summer. There are two races planned (one on the 29th and the other on the 30th of July). We have negotiated group pricing and will potentially all be grouped together in the stands. If you are interested in coming either to the July 29 or July 30 races (or both), please quickly indicate your intentions by reserving the tickets using the link that was emailed to you directly.

Once the deadline has passed, all those that have reserved spots will be contacted directly by the EVENKO box office, either by telephone or email in order to make the payment on the tickets you wanted.

Please also note that the club intends on organizing a cocktail from 5pm-8pm on the evening of the 29th of July, after the race (in the same general area) so if you want to come to the cocktail, please reserve tickets for the Saturday race, at a minimum.  There are two possible stands for the group that have been allocated to us however we expect that the majority of club members coming to the race will choose the Saturday option, in the #5 stands. Members will not necessarily be seated together if choosing the premium stands.

If you have already purchased your own tickets and wish to have them refunded in order to buy new ones with the group, please still reserve your new seats and when Evenko calls you for payment you will be able to ask them to refund your old tickets.
